向日葵籽油對皮膚修復人體必需脂肪酸的表現
Correction of the Cutaneous Manifestations of Essential Fatty Acid Deficiency in Man by Application of Sunflower-Seed Oil to the Skin

本研究針對三名因慢性吸收不良導致必需脂肪酸缺乏的患者進行皮膚表現測試，包括：亞油酸異常低下及鱗狀皮炎。這些患者同時使使用含亞油酸的葵花籽油及含油酸的橄欖油，發現使用橄欖油後沒有發生變化，使用葵花籽油後，表皮卵磷脂中的亞油酸含量明顯增加，經皮水分流失率顯著降低，鱗片狀病變情況消失了。
